Mostaque Ahmmed Sarwar FCA

Professional Background: Having more than 10 years of pre & post qualification hands-on expertise on various fields of Finance such as financial management, financial reporting, direct taxation and other finance related sectors, Mr. Sarwar has attained the title of Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).

Currently he is assigned to work on the Audit, Advisory services, merger & acquisition, Initial Public Offering (IPO) and securities & exchange regulations departments. His exquisite contribution to our firm has opened doors to many positive outcomes for the success of our firm.

Before commencing his role of partner, he worked as the Head of Finance & Accounts at Building Technologies & Ideas Limited (BTI), which is coined as one of the top-tier real estate company in Bangladesh for a period of 2 years and prior to that, he worked on various managerial level positions in numerous sectors of the country.

Dhali Tanvir Ahmad Siddiqui FCA 

Professional Background: Mr. Siddique has attained the Fellow membership at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) possessing the relevant 10-year experience in the field of Financial Management, Finance & Accounts, Direct & Indirect taxation as well as various other business operations in Bangladesh.

He is currently appointed to look after the Direct Tax (income Tax), Audit, Advisory Services, Valuation, and merger & acquisition and his contribution to our firm has not been any less extraordinary. 

Muhammad Mahmudul Hoq FCA 

Professional Background: Mr. Hoq has attained the Fellow membership at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) possessing the elevated financial knowledge in his the relevant 10-year tenure in the field of Financial Management, Finance & Accounts, Direct & Indirect taxation as well as practicing remarkable expertise in other business operations in Bangladesh. Additionally, he is also a registered VAT consultant under the National Board of Revenue (NBR).

Currently he is assigned to look after the Indirect Tax (Value Added Tax or VAT) Audit & Advisory Services and ERP implementation projects at our firm.

Before commencing his role of partner, he worked as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Excel Technologies Limited, one of the leading IT industries in Bangladesh, for 6.5 years and earlier to that, he served for Transcom Group for 4 years holding the Senior Manager Position. 

Mohammad Shakil Choudhury FCA 

Professional Background Mr Choudhury has attained the Fellow membership at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh possessing the financial expertise in the relevant 23 years of his tenure life in the field of Financial Management, Finance & Accounts, Direct & Indirect taxation as well as practicing remarkable expertise in other business operations in Bangladesh. 

Currently he is assigned to look after the Direct Tax (income Tax) Audit & Advisory Services and his contribution to the firm has elevated the core-value areas of our organization.

Before commencing his role of partner, he worked as the Executive General Manager (EGM) – Finance of Transcom Group, a renowned conglomerate in Bangladesh for a period of 2 years and before that he worked in various managerial positions in different sectors of Bangladesh.

Md. Wadud Ahmed FCA 

Professional Background: Mr. Ahmed has attained the Fellow membership at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) possessing the elevated financial knowledge in his relevant 10 years tenure in the field of Financial Management, Finance & Accounts, Direct & taxation in different companies in Bangladesh. Furthermore, he has also attained the VAT consultant certificate, registered under the National Board of Revenue (NBR).

Currently he is assigned to look after the Direct Tax, Audit & Advisory Services projects at our firm and his contribution has brought about remarkable success in our firm.
